Contest Rules and Regulations

Section i) General
No purchase required. All rights reserved. Contest not open to employees, family of employees, advertisers, sponsors or business partners of Lots of Jokes. Lots of Jokes reserves the right to cancel or modify the contest as desires at any time without prior or further notice to individuals, informing the contestants as a collective via the Lots of Jokes web site will be performed under these circumstances. Contest effective period commences January 25, 2012 midnight Eastern Time and completes March 25, 2012 midnight Eastern Time. Odds of winning is dependant on the total number of received eligible contestant entries. Total prize value is up to $49 Canadian dollars based on current typical retail pricing of prize. In the event a specific prize title is advertised and is not available at the time of the draw, a prize of equal value will be substituted or a pre-owned copy of the title will be provided. Prize consists of one DVD or Blu-Ray Disc (region code 1) format video, title of which will be determined solely by Lots of Jokes at time of announcing the contest winner. Prizes which are defective in workmanship must be returned to the original manufacturer for repair or replacement by the contestant. The contestant releases Lots of Jokes from all legal liabilities that may arise from the contestant taking part in this contest. Lots of Jokes shall not be held responsible for any direct, indirect or consequential damages, financial loss, injuries or harm in any form whatsoever, incurred from the contestant taking part in this contest. Lots of Jokes makes no claims or guarantees as to the suitability or appropriateness of the movie titles chosen as the contest prize. Note that some prizes may contain mature subject matter not suitable to some viewers.

Section ii) Eligibility
Contestant must be 18 years of age or older to be eligible or the minimum age to participate in contests in your region. Contest is open to Canadian and American legal citizens currently residing in their respective country, excluding residence of Quebec, Hawaii and Alaska. Prize will not be shipped to excluded areas or areas outside of the areas open to contest and their entry will be void. Requires the correct answer to a skill testing mathematical question. Contest void where prohibited by law. Lots of Jokes reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any contestant found to have tampered with the entry process or not met contest rules in any form. Contestants can submit multiple entries, up to one per calendar day. Participants entering in excess of one per day are disqualified. Lots of Jokes tracks user IP and email address information to confirm the maximum daily entry limit has not been exceeded. The winning contestant agrees to allow Lots of Jokes usage of their full name in the official contest winners list.

Section iii) Selection
Winner is selected by random draw from all eligible entries received between the contest effective dates within 7 days of the contest's completion date. An entry is considered eligible if all requested information is provided accurately and the contestant meets all the terms and conditions set forth in the contest rules and regulations. Winner will be informed by email on the date of selection. If selected winner does not respond to our attempts to contact via email within 3 business days, the contestant forfeits their contest entries, and another contestant will be chosen until one is contacted successfully. If after a commercially realistic attempt has been made to contact substitute winners is found unsuccessful, Lots of Jokes reserves the right to cancel the contest. All decisions made by Lots of Jokes as to the winner are final. Allow 4 to 8 weeks for prize to arrive by standard mail. Lots of Jokes cannot be held responsible for lost, stolen or late prize.
